Terms of Service

Draft — effective only after operator review and publication. Blodco Builder is an experimental, free coding-environment preview, not a production hosting, backup, or guaranteed-secure service.

Eligibility and accounts

Users must be at least 13 years old. Users under the age of majority must have parent or guardian permission where required. Do not create an account for a child under 13. Registration is not yet available.

Permitted use

You may use available preview features to experiment with lawful code. You must not attack others, distribute malware, mine cryptocurrency without permission, abuse resources, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access another account. We may suspend harmful activity.

Your content

You retain rights to code and content you own. If upload functions become available, you grant us a limited license to process and display that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to submitted content.

Availability and data

The preview may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued. Virtual RAM and storage figures are logical configurations, not guarantees of actual resources. Do not upload sensitive, confidential, or irreplaceable information. Keep independent backups.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST DATA OR LOST PROFITS. NOTHING HERE EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED, OR WAIVES PRIVACY, SECURITY, CONSUMER-PROTECTION, OR BREACH-NOTIFICATION OBLIGATIONS.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms with appropriate notice. We may restrict access to protect security or comply with law.
