Privacy Policy

Draft privacy notice for the currently deployed preview. This document must be rechecked against actual data flows before accounts or uploads are enabled.

Information processed

The preview may process network request information such as IP addresses, timestamps, browser request metadata, and diagnostic logs through its hosting provider. If an administrator uses the protected DNS draft tool, that service may process the submitted DNS configuration. Customer registration, general file upload, and hosted-workspace functionality are not currently public.

Why data is used

We use operational data to serve requests, troubleshoot issues, enforce usage limits, and investigate abuse or security events. We do not represent that data is end-to-end encrypted or permanently retained.

Service providers and transfers

Application hosting is provided through Render. Infrastructure providers may process technical data to provide their services. Do not enter secrets or personal information into untrusted code or public previews.

Retention and rights

Actual log retention and data-deletion procedures must be verified and documented before account creation is enabled. Privacy rights depend on applicable law; you may request information or deletion through the contact below. Backups may have separate retention periods when later introduced.

Security and incidents

No internet service is risk-free. We aim to limit access and protect information, but cannot promise that hacks or disclosures will never occur. We will investigate and provide notices where legally required.

Children

The preview is not intended for children under 13, and public child accounts are not supported. If we learn that personal information of a child under 13 has been collected improperly, we will assess and address it in accordance with applicable law.
